Important Update: MyIntealth Launch Timing

We are writing to share important news about MyIntealth™, our new platform that will improve how you access and manage Intealth and ECFMG services.

After careful consideration and extensive preparation, we are planning to take our systems offline on August 14, 2025, and begin migrating legacy data to the new MyIntealth platform. The new system will launch within 4–6 days, depending on the progress of data migration. We will confirm the offline date during the week of August 11, recognizing that you need advance notice to prepare.

This past year, following extensive preparation and incorporating valuable feedback from our community, we invested significant time in testing and refining the MyIntealth platform, building on lessons learned, and strengthening our approach. This platform brings several important improvements to your experience:

Enhanced security: Trust in first-rate protection of your information
Real-time updates: Track status of requests and other transactions online
Streamlined processing: Complete more transactions online, reducing paper forms
Faster financial processing: Benefit from automated payment handling and quicker refunds

What You Need to Know

We will confirm the offline date the week of August 11. At this time, we are preparing to take our systems offline on August 14, with the launch of MyIntealth expected shortly after a brief transition period.
As part of the transition to MyIntealth, we are realigning our fee structure to create greater transparency for applicants and better align each fee with the specific service when it is provided. Please carefully monitor the Transition to MyIntealth page for important deadlines and service interruption details. All of our online services will be temporarily paused during the transition period (approximately August 14-20), so it will be critical to note these dates to avoid disruption to your application process.
