The dates above are provided as general guidance for applicants. For applications and requests received by the specified deadlines (except where noted), we will make every effort to process them before the MyIntealth launch. However, receipt by these dates does not guarantee completion before the transition. If an application or request cannot be processed in time and is not transferable, it will be “rejected” and applicants will need to submit a new request through MyIntealth.
Existing entity users are individuals from various organizations that already work with Intealth. They include medical schools, medical regulatory authorities, U.S. graduate medical education (GME) programs, U.S. state licensing authorities, credential verification organizations (CVOs), and hospitals and health systems. Many of these organizations collaborate with Intealth on behalf of applicants, while others use Intealth services, such as our primary-source medical credential verification services.
Prior to launch, the information from your existing account(s) will be transferred to MyIntealth. Due to changes in our processes, some in-progress applications/requests cannot be transferred to MyIntealth. For certain applications/requests, we have established dates to assist in completing in-progress items before MyIntealth launches. Please refer to the table below.
